Just as you would treat yourself to a massage if you had a bad back, I believe your mind needs some TLC too.

Better mental well-being is possible for everyone.  You have everything you need inside you – you are not broken and you don’t need “fixing”.  Coaching is a partnership – you know yourself and your situation better than anyone, it is my role to ask questions in a way that gets you to think differently about your problem and allow you to access the wealth of information you have inside of you.

Just like a sports coach would watch you play and show you drills and techniques to improve your skills, I will observe how you think and interpret the world, ask questions to understand how you make decisions and problem solve and offer you a game plan to help you get the results you want – recover from depression or  anxiety, improve your relationships, change your career or lose weight.  

Your mind is an amazing tool: my job is to help you realise its full potential and help you achieve what you want because the way we think about ourselves and our circumstances is how we will experience the world – our thoughts create our reality.  

The coaching I have trained in is unique in that it does not depend on just one school of thought; it uses the very best techniques and practices from various forms of therapy, so I have at my disposal an array of potential solutions for you.   I find a combination of these techniques allows me to create a program tailored specifically to you and your goals and takes into consideration your learning preferences too.
